A mixed-use asset in central Madrid

Description

Mad Río Hco combines a 64-unit coliving with coworking space, in a tertiary-use building beside Paseo Virgen del Puerto. The programme is arranged by floor: coworking on the ground and first floors, and flex living on the upper floors, with suites on the top floor and a rooftop.

The land was acquired in July 2023. The mixed functional layout responds to operational criteria and to the requirements of the operator, NUVA Living.
