2. Purposes and legal basis of processing

We process the data you provide through the Website's forms and in your communications with us for the following purposes:

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out with your data.

3. Retention period

We will keep your data for as long as the purpose for which it was collected remains and you do not request its deletion. In the case of the newsletter, until you withdraw your consent. Afterwards, we will keep it blocked for the legally required periods to address any potential liabilities, after which it will be deleted.

4. Recipients and disclosures

As a general rule, we do not disclose your data to third parties, except where legally required. Your data may be accessed by service providers acting as data processors (for example, web hosting, email or management tools), with whom the corresponding processing agreements have been signed in accordance with article 28 of the GDPR.

The Website is served through the Cloudflare platform and uses typefaces hosted by Google Fonts, which may involve the processing of your IP address by those providers. Some of these providers may carry out international data transfers covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).

  • Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: to request that we delete your data ("right to be forgotten").

  • Restriction: to request that we restrict processing in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

If you believe we have not properly addressed your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in order to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration of or unauthorised access to your personal data.
