The team

Chief executive officer and partner at Overlord, he leads the firm's strategy and the management of all its areas, and heads the relationship with the institutional investors and family offices that back its vehicles. He has more than fifteen years of experience in general management, finance and consulting, gained at multinationals in the packaging sector (SAICA) and in strategy consulting (Roland Berger). He sits on the boards of the Acico group companies and EGP. Industrial engineer from Universidad de Zaragoza and MBA from London Business School.

He heads Overlord's investment area, where he originates and structures the real estate opportunities that shape the portfolio, from identifying the land to defining each transaction. He has more than twenty years of experience in investment, corporate finance and project management across different sectors, with a particular focus on real estate. He is also CEO of the family office M70 Inversiones and an associate lecturer on the MBA programme at Universidad San Jorge. Degree in Economics from Universidad de Zaragoza and International Executive MBA from IE.

She heads Overlord's finance department and leads the structuring of its transactions from a financial, legal and tax standpoint. She has more than ten years of experience in accounting and tax advisory, gained at J&A Garrigues. Degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad de Zaragoza and master's in Financial Management from Barcelona School of Management.

He works alongside the partner investors and develops the firm's network of private investors. He brings more than twelve years of experience in sales management and business development, including nearly a decade at the Saica group (packaging sector) and the general management of Desplek Construction. An industrial engineer with a diploma in Business Studies from Universidad de Zaragoza, he holds the PMI's PMP certification.

In addition to analysing and valuing opportunities, she coordinates the technical side of project origination and structuring together with the investment director. She has more than seven years of experience across architecture and real estate financial advisory, the latter in Deloitte's Financial Advisory Real Estate practice. Graduate in Architecture from Universidad de Zaragoza and master's in Architecture and Construction.

Responsible for managing and monitoring all projects and construction works, he oversees their execution from inception to the delivery of each asset. A civil engineer (Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos), his career combines site management at Ferrovial with real estate investment management as a project manager at Arcano Partners, and he has completed his training with a specialisation in M&A and Private Equity at IEB.

She is responsible for the legal structuring of the investment vehicles and the legal support of every transaction, including corporate and contractual advice and shareholder agreements. She brings more than ten years of experience in commercial law, mainly at Marcellán Abogados. Degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad de Zaragoza and master's in Financial Management from Universidad Complutense.

She is in charge of budget monitoring, reporting and internal control of the investment vehicles. She has more than eight years of experience in financial audit, gained at Deloitte, and in internal control and reporting in the pharmaceutical sector (Alliance Healthcare España). Graduate in Business Administration from Universidad de Zaragoza and master's in Audit and Finance from Universidad Loyola in Seville.

He takes part in the study, analysis and valuation of new opportunities. He holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration and has completed internships in the tax practice at Deloitte and the legal department at Ibercaja.
