Madrid, March 2026 — Construction of Mad Río Hco, Overlord Gestión's coliving and coworking vehicle beside the Manzanares river, has completed the concrete pour of its first slab and enters the structural phase.
The milestone follows the demolition of the existing building (June 2024), the execution of the foundation slab (December 2025) and the excavation between retaining walls (March 2026), and keeps the project on schedule towards works completion and the start of operations.
The tertiary-use building, at Paseo Virgen del Puerto 53, will combine 64 coliving units (1,900 m²) with 2,200 m² of coworking spread over the ground and first floors, with suites and a rooftop on the top floor. The asset will be operated by NUVA Living and the project is pursuing BREEAM certification.
The land was acquired in July 2023, in the deal that kicked off the manager's first vehicle. Divestment is expected once the asset is stabilised.
